Cancellation Policy

RETAINER/BOOKING FEE A non-refundable 20% retainer is required to secure your booking date. This amount will be deducted from your total balance on the day of your appointment. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule once up to 7 days prior to your booking time. Full payment is required before a new date can be confirmed. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. CANCELLATION POLICY You may cancel your appointment up to 7 days prior to your scheduled date with no fee. Cancellations made within 7 days of your appointment will incur a 50% cancellation fee. For any appointment booked and starting within 48 hours, a 50% cancellation fee will also apply if cancelled. REFUNDS The 20% retainer paid at the time of booking is non-refundable. This amount secures your date and compensates for any potential loss of bookings. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment. CHANGES TO BOOKING Once your deposit has been received, you agree to the quote provided at the time of booking. If the number of people in your makeup booking decreases, the total booking fee remains the same. Additional makeup applications may be added, subject to time and availability, at $180 per person. PARKING Where free parking is not available, you (the client) is responsible for organising accessible parking for the makeup artist. Otherwise, the makeup artist will take the liberty of organising the parking and any parking fee acquired during the length of your booking will be added to your invoice. PAYMENT All payments must be paid in full within 7 days of your booking and no later than 24hrs prior to your booking date. You can make payments via Cash, PayID
