Cancellation Policy

BOOKING FEE / RETAINER A 20% non-refundable booking fee/ retainer is required to lock in your date and time. This amount comes off your final total. PAYMENT The remaining balance must be paid no later than 24 hours before your appointment. If payment isn’t completed by then, your booking may be cancelled and the booking fee forfeited. Payment methods accepted: Cash or PayID. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule once, as long as it’s at least 7 days before your appointment, and subject to availability. Your booking fee will be moved to the new date. Any reschedule request made within 7 days of your appointment will be treated as a cancellation. If a new date can’t be agreed on, it will be treated as a cancellation. CANCELLATIONS If you cancel your appointment at any time, the 20% booking fee is forfeited. No additional charges will apply. SURCHARGES The following surcharges may apply and will be added to your final invoice: - Sunday appointments: 10% surcharge - Public holidays & long weekends: 15% surcharge Early starts - Appointments starting between 12am–6am: $100 per hour - Appointments starting at 7am: $60 surcharge These fees cover early starts and extended hours. CHANGES TO YOUR BOOKING Once your booking fee is paid, your quote is locked in. If the number of people is reduced, the total booking price stays the same. Extra makeup applications can be added (if time allows) at $180 per person. PARKING If free parking isn’t available, the client is responsible for organising parking. If the artist needs to arrange parking, any costs will be added to your invoice. AGREEMENT By paying the booking fee, you agree to these terms.
